I was insured with this agency 3 years, never did a claim yet my premium was going up suddenly with out due cause ., when I ask why my premium is always increasing Sandy's reply is " if I didn't bundle vehicle policy with home renters my premium would be sky high. When I complain to the owner Ann Percy about her agents none transparent behavior I get told that I don't have any information.
Agents price gouching diabolically, no transparency, sudden policy changes and premium increases for personal gains.
Don't insurance your people with this agency. The agents don't have ethics and they don't care about you or your property. Im insured with another agency now and my premium is hundreds of dollars less. I can't imagine in the 3 years I was with these people what would happen if I had a claim."

"After many many years with a competitor I switched to State Farm.
The rates were competitive but more importantly is the staff at Ann Percy's office. They open every day on time, answer their phones, are fully knowledgeable and organized. I started with just one of my cars here, now they have them all including my classic as well as my Condominium policy. Highly recommend this office because the staff here gets it done."
